Tips for protection from Swine Flu.
Hi!
Today Swine flu is most danger virus in the world and here I am posting some tips for protection from Swine Flu. If you have some other tips please post here. Cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing. Dispose off used tissues properly immediately after use. Regularly wash hands with soap and water. If you have flu-like symptoms, seek medical advice immediately. If you have flu-like symptoms, keep a distance of at least 1 meter from other people. If you have flu-like symptoms, stay home from work, school or crowded places.Avoid hugging, kissing and shaking hands when greeting. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands. r4i software |

RE: Tips for protection from Swine Flu.
I never realized this until the whole H1N1 scare of last year was that when you sneeze, you should sneeze into your elbow if you don't have a tissue handy. I was always taught to cover my mouth and nose with my hands but apparently this is wrong. It does make sense that we would spread the cold and flu virus more easily if the virus was on our hands rather than our elbow since we shake hands and open doors with our hands.

RE: Tips for protection from Swine Flu.
Nice post and I think that in Asian countries the Swine Flu did not spread rapidly compared to those countries that are located in colder climates. we should still be very thankful that the swine flu did not cause massive infections.

RE: Tips for protection from Swine Flu.
What I do to protect myself from the swine flu is to avoid places where breakouts have occurred before. My doctor also suggested that I get a vaccination before I leave the country. What else could I do to prevent myself from contracting swine flu?

RE: Tips for protection from Swine Flu.
The first, and only known symptom that is really worrying people is that at first it shows no difference in comparison to any other flu bug. You can avoid hugging, kissing and shaking hands when greeting. If you are ill, may that be flu-like or not, just try to stay isolated and avoid contact with other people. And contact your doctor and any authorized swine flu treatment hospital as soon as possible.

RE: Tips for protection from Swine Flu.
One of the things you can do to protect against swine flu are forced to buy a piece of bacteria and always go shopping, remove the shopping cart handle or a car. Think of the hundreds of people who care for them after coughing into their hands. My parents also use antibacterial spray pen(what they consider to be pocket / bag), and hands after being on / off line after blocking with handrails and seats.
