No experience in either yoga or meditation is required. Simply a willingness to find peace and to see oneself Here and Now. Two delicious and simple meals, along with snacks and tea, are provided. It sounds like you came out of the meditation too fast. Take your time, let all the parts of your brain boot back up before you come out of your meditation fully. I just meditated for about 15 minutes and when I came out I felt dazed and thoughtless, but peaceful and relaxed.

To make progress in meditation, it is important to meditate at least once a day. If you are inspired, it is good to meditate three times a day. Consistency is very important to increase your ability to meditate. Some people may say that it is very difficult to find time in a busy day to meditate. But if you really value something, you find the time. Three times a day, we find the time to nourish your body. We should also feel the need to feed our soul, our inner being. If we appreciate the meditation we will not miss our regular period of silence. Yoga also can give you the health and fitness.
