Foundation Program 2012 Starting March!

We are delighted to announce the start of a new Foundation Program course at Tilopa Centre! Enjoy studying, meditating and discussing Dharma with a vibrant and friendly community of Sangha friends during our new class days and times.

Monday Evening Class : 6:30 – 9pm, starting March 12th

They will be studying: Meaningful to Behold

As well, our existing Sunday Evening Foundation Program is still accepting students providing two different opportunities to practitioners to experience a deeper experience and knowledge of Buddha's teachings.
