Just follow the Tips and stay healthy and fit...
1. Eat mostly plants.
2. Put family first.
3. Take a walk.
4. Drink a glass of red wine daily.
5. Reduce and manage stress.
6. Have a purpose.
7. Get outdoors.
8. Be grateful.
9. Have fun.
10. Maintain a healthy body weight
11. Get regular exercise.
12. Love and laugh
13. Snack on nuts
14. Give something back.
15. Eat a large breakfast.

These are all good tips but I think it's important to look at what not to do. After reading this list, I thought of a person's normal day and what they do wrong. They probably eat a poor breakfast or none at all. They drink a ton of coffee. They eat fast food at lunch along with a soft drink. They don't hit the gym. They take the elevator and escalator rather than the stairs. They have a fatty snack in the middle of the day along with more soft drinks. They grab some fast food or microwave dinner on the way home. They watch TV or surf the Internet or play video games the rest of the night. They grab a midnight snack and go to bed. It's all these things that add up and can eventually kill you quickly.

Being healthy means remaining fit and fine staying away from the diseases.Regular exercise will be really beneficial for your healthy life. Also drinking good amount of water and having balanced nutritious diet makes a difference. There are many physical fitness centers nearby so you can have some time there too. Also some regular jogging in the morning is very good idea of living a healthy and fit life.You can get lot's of other tips and tricks in the internet and also you can find good books on physical fitness of the body.

Well, This hub is a useful reminder of the importance of diet in any fitness regime. So many people overlook this, especially in the arena I work in, and somehow expect their abs to pop out from under that layer of fat. Glad for an interesting read.
