It's very important to keep ourselves fit and healthy. Thus, we need to do more exercise and eat more green food.
I think the poster with the tips below really work:

Drink plenty of water
Do exercise daily
Yoga and meditation
Eating fresh vegetables and fruits
Proper sleep
